Terms of Service

Version 1.0 · Dated November 6, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and FREEDM Inc. (“FREEDM”, “we” or “us”), the company behind Trade FREEDM at tradefreedm.com. They cover your membership and everything on Trade FREEDM. Our Risk Disclaimer is part of these terms, so please read both. You accept them when you tick the box at sign-up, and they apply every time you use Trade FREEDM.

The short version (the full terms below are what count)

  • Trade FREEDM is trading education. It isn’t financial advice, and nobody can promise you’ll make money.
  • It costs US$149 to start (this includes your first month), then US$99 a month until you cancel.
  • You can cancel anytime in your Whop account. You keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
  • New members can get their first payment back within 7 days. Otherwise, payments aren’t refundable, except in the cases listed in section 5.
  • Be respectful in the community, and don’t copy or share our content or signals outside Trade FREEDM.

1. Who we are and how to reach us

Trade FREEDM is run by FREEDM Inc., 1220-77 Bloor St W, Toronto, Ontario M5S 1M2, Canada. Email: support@tradefreedm.com · Phone: +1 647-254-0818

2. Who can join

  • You must be at least 18 years old and an adult under the law where you live.
  • You need a real email address. You’ll use it to sign in, and we’ll use it to contact you.
  • One membership is for one person. Don’t share your account or your sign-in codes.
  • Trade FREEDM isn’t available in Quebec for now. By joining, you confirm you don’t live in Quebec.
  • You’re responsible for making sure that using Trade FREEDM, and trading, is legal where you live.

3. What your membership includes

While your membership is active, you can use:

  • courses and lessons;
  • live sessions with our educators, and replays of past sessions;
  • trade ideas and signals that educators share on the site and, if you connect it, in our Telegram channel;
  • scanners and other chart tools; and
  • the community, including posts, chats and member rooms.

Some extras, called add-ons, may be sold separately. Their price is shown before you buy, and these terms apply to them too.

We keep improving Trade FREEDM, so things change. We may add, change or remove educators, schedules, courses, tools and features. Some scanners and tools belong to the educators who made them, and they can withdraw them. If a live session is cancelled, we’ll try to reschedule it or offer something in its place. We don’t promise that any one educator, session, course or tool will stay available.

4. Price and billing

  • Starting price: US$149 when you join. This covers your first month.
  • Monthly price: after your first month, US$99 for each month, charged automatically until you cancel. Your next billing date is shown in your Whop account.
  • Taxes: prices don’t include sales tax. If tax applies where you live, it’s added and shown at checkout.
  • Payments: are processed by Whop, our payment provider. Whop’s own terms also apply to your payments.
  • Codes and offers: a discount code or offer applies only as shown at checkout.
  • Failed payments: if a payment fails, Whop may try again, and your access may pause until it goes through.
  • Price changes: we may change the monthly price. We’ll email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you. If you don’t want to pay it, cancel before then.
  • Rejoining: if you cancel and join again later, the price shown at that time applies, which may include the starting price again.

5. Cancelling and refunds

  • Cancel anytime. Go to your Account page and follow the link to your Whop account, or cancel in Whop directly. Cancelling stops future charges; cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next one.

  • Access after you cancel. You keep access until the end of the month you’ve already paid for. Then your membership ends.

  • 7-day money-back for new members. If you’re joining Trade FREEDM for the first time, you can get a full refund of your first payment (US$149, or what you paid if you used a code) by asking us within 7 days of joining. Contact us using the details in section 1. Your access ends when we refund you. This applies once per person.

  • Other refunds. Apart from that, payments aren’t refundable, including for part of a month or for time you didn’t use, except in these cases:

    • If we end your membership under section 9(c), or close Trade FREEDM, we’ll refund the unused part of the month you paid for.
    • If you were charged by mistake (for example, twice, or after you cancelled), we’ll refund that charge.
    • If you live in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you can cancel within 14 days of joining and get your first payment back, less a fair amount for the days you had access. By joining, you ask us to give you access right away.
    • You also keep any right to cancel or get a refund that the law where you live gives you and that can’t be changed by agreement.
  • Questions about a charge? Please contact us first and we’ll look into it. If you dispute a charge you authorized with your bank or card company, we may pause your account while the dispute is open.

6. Community rules

Trade FREEDM works because members respect each other. In the community, live chats, our Telegram channels and everywhere else on Trade FREEDM, please don’t:

  • harass, threaten, bully or abuse anyone, or post hateful, sexual or violent content;
  • pretend to be an educator, a FREEDM team member or anyone else;
  • ask members for money, passwords, sign-in codes or account access, or offer to trade or manage money for them;
  • sell or promote anything, such as other groups, courses, signals, brokers, prop firms, affiliate links or crypto tokens, unless we’ve agreed in writing;
  • urge others to buy or sell something to move its price (“pump and dump”), or spread false or misleading information about any market;
  • present yourself as a licensed adviser, or give other members personal financial advice;
  • post fake results, or claim profits you can’t back up;
  • post other people’s personal information, anything illegal, or anything you don’t have the right to share;
  • spam, or use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access or copy Trade FREEDM; or
  • try to hack, overload or get around the security or limits of Trade FREEDM.

We may remove posts, mute members, and limit or end accounts that break these rules (see section 9). We don’t check everything that’s posted. Posts by other members are their own views, not ours.

7. Content and ownership

  • Our content. Courses, live sessions, replays, signals, trade ideas, scanners, tools, educator posts, designs, logos and the Trade FREEDM name belong to FREEDM or to the educator or other creator who made them. Copyright, trademark and other laws protect them.
  • What you may do. While your membership is active, you may view and use this content for your own learning.
  • What you may not do. Unless we agree in writing, don’t record, download (except with a download button we provide), copy, resell, republish or forward our content, including signals and trade ideas, or share it outside Trade FREEDM, for example in another group, channel or social account. Don’t copy, reverse-engineer or rebuild our scanners or tools, and don’t use our content to train AI models.
  • Your own trades. You can share your own trades and results, as long as they’re real and you don’t include our paid content, such as a signal or a lesson.
  • Your posts. You own what you post. You give FREEDM a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, show, copy, format and share it within Trade FREEDM, including in replays where it appears, so we can run the service. We won’t use your posts in ads without asking you first. You’re responsible for what you post.
  • Live sessions are recorded. Live sessions are usually recorded and posted as replays. If you speak, turn on your camera or write in the chat during a live session, that may appear in the replay. If you’d rather not appear, keep your camera and microphone off.
  • Feedback. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.
  • Copyright concerns. If you think something on Trade FREEDM uses your work without permission, email us the details and we’ll look into it.

8. Other services

Trade FREEDM links to and works with other services, such as Whop for payments and Telegram for channels and alerts. Your use of those services is covered by their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren’t responsible for them. You choose your own broker, trading platform or prop firm. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for them. If an educator mentions one, that isn’t a recommendation for you, and any paid relationship will be disclosed as our Risk Disclaimer explains.

9. Ending or pausing an account

(a) You can end your membership anytime by cancelling (section 5).

(b) We may pause or end your account if you break these terms (including the community rules), share your account, give us false information, misuse Trade FREEDM, or dispute charges in bad faith, or if the law requires it. Where it’s reasonable, we’ll warn you first. If we end your account because you broke these terms, you won’t get a refund.

(c) We may also end a membership, or close Trade FREEDM, for another reason. If we do, we’ll give you reasonable notice and refund the unused part of the month you paid for.

(d) When your membership ends, your access ends, including access to member Telegram channels. Parts of these terms that are meant to last, such as sections 7, 11, 12 and 15, keep applying.

10. Refer & earn

  • Members and approved affiliates can share a personal link and earn a reward when someone joins through it.
  • Our Affiliate Terms set the rules, including what you earn, when you’re paid, and how to promote Trade FREEDM honestly. You accept them when you request a link.

11. Education, not advice, and the service “as is”

Trade FREEDM is education, not financial advice. Our Risk Disclaimer explains the risks of trading and the limits of signals, scanners and AI tools. We work hard to keep Trade FREEDM running and accurate, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. It may sometimes be slow, interrupted or wrong, and market data or alerts may be delayed. As far as the law allows, we don’t make promises beyond what these terms say, including about results, accuracy or whether Trade FREEDM suits your purpose.

12. Limits on our responsibility

  • You make your own trading decisions and are responsible for them. FREEDM, our educators and our team aren’t responsible for trading losses, missed profits or other losses from trades you place or don’t place, including trades based on a signal, trade idea, scanner, chart reading or anything else on Trade FREEDM.
  • As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or business opportunities.
  • As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you for all claims about Trade FREEDM is limited to the membership fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose, or US$100, whichever is more.
  • Nothing in these terms limits responsibility for fraud, or anything else the law doesn’t allow to be limited, and nothing takes away rights you have under consumer protection law that can’t be changed by agreement.
  • If someone makes a claim against FREEDM because of something you posted or because you broke these terms, you’ll cover FREEDM’s reasonable losses and costs from that claim, as far as the law allows.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy at tradefreedm.com/privacy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

14. Changes to these terms

  • We may update these terms. Each version has a number and a date at the top, and we keep a record of the version you accepted.
  • For changes that matter to you, such as changes to price, cancellation, refunds or your rights, we’ll email you at least 30 days before they take effect. We may also ask you to accept the new version when you next sign in. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before the changes take effect.
  • Smaller changes, such as fixing typos, making wording clearer or meeting a legal requirement, may take effect when we post them. If you keep using Trade FREEDM after a change takes effect, you accept it.

15. Disputes and governing law

  • If you have a problem, please contact us first. We’ll try in good faith to sort it out within 30 days.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts in Toronto, Ontario, will handle disputes.
  • If you’re a consumer, you keep the protection of the consumer laws where you live that can’t be changed by agreement, and you may be able to bring a claim in your local courts.

16. General

  • These terms, the Risk Disclaimer, the Privacy Policy and the details shown at checkout are the whole agreement between you and FREEDM about Trade FREEDM.
  • After you join, we’ll email you a copy of these terms (or a link to the exact version you accepted) with your membership details.
  • If a part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce something right away, we can still enforce it later.
  • We may transfer these terms to a company that takes over Trade FREEDM, and your rights under them stay the same. You can’t transfer your membership.
  • We aren’t responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. We send notices to your account email.
