Risk Disclaimer
Version 1.0 · Dated November 6, 2026
This disclaimer is from FREEDM Inc. (“FREEDM” or “we”), the company behind Trade FREEDM. It’s part of our Terms of Service, and you accept it when you join. Please read it carefully: trading is risky. If anything here isn’t clear, contact us (see section 1 of our Terms) before you trade.
1. Education only, not financial advice
Everything on Trade FREEDM is for education only. That includes courses, live sessions, replays, posts, trade ideas, signals, scanners, chart tools, and anything our educators or members say. None of it is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and none of it is a recommendation that you buy or sell anything. Nobody at Trade FREEDM knows your finances, goals, experience or how much risk you can take, so nothing here is tailored to you.
2. Trading is risky. You can lose money.
- Trading forex, futures, options, CFDs, stocks, indices, commodities and crypto-assets carries a high risk of loss and isn’t right for everyone.
- Leverage (trading with borrowed money or on margin) makes losses bigger as well as gains. With some products you can lose more than you put in.
- Markets can move fast, jump past your stop-loss, or be hard to get out of. Crypto-assets can be especially volatile and may have fewer protections.
- Only trade with money you can afford to lose. Think about getting advice from a licensed professional before you trade.
3. No guarantees
We don’t promise, and can’t promise, that you’ll make money or reach any goal. Results from any course, strategy, signal or tool vary from person to person and depend on your own decisions, discipline and circumstances. Any examples are for illustration only.
4. Past and hypothetical results
- Past results, whether from an educator, a member or a strategy, don’t guarantee future results.
- Results shown for signals and trade ideas on Trade FREEDM, such as wins, losses, pips or risk-to-reward multiples, are worked out from the prices in the signal. They aren’t actual trades in an account, and they don’t include spreads, commissions, slippage, fees or the prices you would actually get. Your results would be different.
- US rules require this statement for simulated or hypothetical results. It applies to every hypothetical result on Trade FREEDM:
“These results are based on simulated or hypothetical performance results that have certain inherent limitations. Unlike the results shown in an actual performance record, these results do not represent actual trading. Also, because these trades have not actually been executed, these results may have under-or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated or hypothetical trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to these being shown.”
- Testimonials and member wins are individual experiences. They may not be typical, they’re no guarantee of future performance or success, and they don’t mean you’ll get similar results. If someone was paid or given something for a testimonial, we’ll say so.
5. Signals, scanners and AI tools are information only
- Signals and trade ideas show how an educator sees a market at one moment. They’re examples to learn from, not instructions.
- Scanners and indicators follow technical rules. They can give false signals, miss moves and lag behind the market.
- Some tools use automated systems, including AI, to read charts, fill in trade details or summarize sessions. They can misread a chart or make other mistakes.
- Alerts and market data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. An idea can be out of date by the time you see it, including in Telegram.
- You decide whether to trade, what to trade, how much and when. Every trade you place is your own decision, at your own risk.
6. About our educators
- Our educators are traders who teach. Unless an educator’s profile clearly says otherwise, they aren’t registered or licensed as an investment adviser, financial planner, portfolio manager, commodity trading advisor or broker in any country, and they don’t act as your adviser. FREEDM Inc. isn’t registered with any securities or derivatives regulator.
- Educators share their own views and methods, and they may disagree with each other.
- Educators may trade the instruments they talk about, before or after they share an idea, and their own positions may differ from what they share.
- If FREEDM or an educator is paid by, or gets a benefit from, a broker, prop firm, platform or other company they mention (for example, through an affiliate link), we’ll say so where it’s mentioned.
7. Brokers, platforms and prop firms
Trade FREEDM doesn’t hold your money or place trades for you. You choose your own broker, trading platform or prop firm. It’s up to you to check that they’re properly regulated where you live and that you understand their rules and fees. Prop-firm evaluations cost money, and passing isn’t guaranteed.
8. Watch out for scams
FREEDM and our educators will never ask you to send money for us to trade for you, offer to manage your account, or ask for your passwords or sign-in codes. Anyone who does, including someone who says they’re from Trade FREEDM, isn’t us. Please report them to us.
9. Your responsibilities
- Do your own research and make your own decisions.
- Make sure trading, and the products you trade, are legal and suitable for you where you live.
- Keep your own records, and pay any taxes on your trading.
- Remember that posts by other members are their own opinions. They aren’t FREEDM’s, and we don’t check them.
